About Coronavirus
Coronovirus is the name of an invisible deadly germ.
It causes a world-wide killer disease (pandemic) called Covid-19. (3)
The virus
- Breeds rapidly inside living things, like humans or bats.
- Will die outside the body after about 72 hours.
- Has a fatty coating, which makes it easy to destroy with warm soapy water.
Covid-19
It can start when someone has one or some of these:
- High fever
- Gasping for breath
- Continuous dry cough
- Loss of taste or smell
- Feeling very, very tired
- Aching muscles

Don’t wait – get medical help straight away because Covid can quickly cause
- Pneumonia (lungs to fill with infected fluid)
- ‘sticky’ blood which clots too quickly. This can lead to heart attacks, strokes and long-term disability.
- a serious, sometimes fatal allergic reaction
- vital organs like kidneys and liver can fail
- and very sadly, death.
